By accessing or using AI Agent Support ("the Service"), operated by Ho Kinh Doanh Luc Nam Truong ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AI Agent Support is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides AI-powered customer support automation. The Service includes AI chatbot capabilities, analytics, and integration tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $9/month. Payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We offer a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you do not subscribe after the trial period, your account will be downgraded and access to paid features will be restricted.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) send spam or unsolicited messages; (c) transmit harmful code or malware; (d) infringe on intellectual property rights; (e) harass, abuse, or harm others.
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Ho Kinh Doanh Luc Nam Truong and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ho Kinh Doanh Luc Nam Truong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
