We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. If you're not satisfied with AI Agent Support for any reason, simply contact us and we'll process a complete refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at support@theandyluc.com with your account email and the reason for your request (optional). Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
After the 14-day period, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
The 7-day free trial does not require payment, so no refund is necessary if you choose not to subscribe after the trial ends.
